Made redundant? Breathe. Help is on its way.

After years of hard work and effort, I'm suddenly told that my job is no longer needed. It has caused immense worry and concern. Not only am I at risk of being unemployed, the economy is at all all time low and jobs are nigh on impossible to find. As I battle through, I have spoken with others and researched as much as I could. I'll share my experiences with you and hope that in some way, my research will help others survive.

What if my employer hasn't paid me?

So - we've established that you are entitled to be paid: -

  • your wages,
  • your holiday pay,
  •  your pay in lieu of notice
  • your redundancy pay (if applicable)

If something is missing, make an immediate claim IN WRITING.   Be polite but firm.  You have nothing to loose.
